Cleaning Windows now nearly impossible if you have a disability
Until the update some time back that slowed the movement when cleaning windows, I played this game a lot. Now, cleaning windows takes a lot more mouse moving than ever. It has made this aspect of the game unplayable for those like myself with physical disabilities that have limited movement.

I tried all the obvious things like increasing the mouse pointer movement in Windows as well as mouse movement in the game. Regardless of what I try, the game overrides the settings when you go into "window cleaning mode".

I notice that others have brought up this issue before and the developers have chosen to ignore it. My message to the developers is this: You've managed to alianate an entire population by leaving this issue unaddressed.

It is my hope that the development team will address this issue in the same manner as they did when I brought a few issues to their attention prior to the release of the game. Without some sort of fix to this problem I, as well as many others, will not be able to play this game as it was attended to be played.

I hope that some sort of compromise can be found that makes this aspect of the game playable for all.

I agree with your sentiment, but lets be honest here, cleaning the windows is in no- way REQUIRED to play the game. Yeah it kinda sucks not being able to do it, but seeing as that is like 1/100th of what the game is you're not losing out on much.

But yes, I agree that they should fix it.

It is required to clean house emails and to complete achievements. Therefore a big part of the game as cleaning a house needs to be 100% to complete the job for full price and the achievement's.

My thoughts exactly. It's in the game, it has perks designed for it, and customers via emailed jobs request it. With those facts in mind, it is required and should be addressed.

Hello DireWolf_69,

thank you for feedback and your point of view. In the short history of House Flipper, we've adapted our mechanics to the needs of our players many times. We heard many times, that windows cleaning is too slow, you can't see the dirt etc., so we tried to adapt it to the players requests in past updates.

Right now, we have a couple of urgent work to do (we are a small team still), but I will take this topic to the devs meeting, and I will discuss this matter with them. And please, don't say that we alienate an entire population.. that words are so painful..

Have a good day!

I`ve seen a few games with special settings for ppl with acromatopsia, hyperacusis etc. Maybe a solution would be distinctive game settings for such stuffs and not a general "herumbasteln" for the whole window cleaning mechanics? I really love the eco-settings of the game, it shows a path of responsible thinking - settings for disabled ppl would be also a really strong sign for social responsibility (that is a REAL argument, a strong one).

I have good news for you!

We will give you a possibility to manipulate the speed of the window cleaning. In the game options you would have:
- slider to increase/decrease the speed of window cleaner
- option to set the speed based on your gaming mouse DPI
- option to set the speed based on how fast/slow you move your gaming mouse.

All those changes will come to the game in July update (edited).
Happy to help :)

Maybe first that all items can be placed, and manual saving, and a option to set automatic saving of?
