Report a translation problem
If you want to stay in the bunkhouse (or your own business that has accommodation, or whatever) you need to select the structure and in the lower left corner of the picture in the info card there should be an icon (a key I think) that you can click to "make this your home" or some such.
After that, the card for your previous house will have buttons to either sell or rent it out. You can even adjust the rent up to a point. The more upgrades the house has, the more rent you can charge, assuming anyone in town can afford it.
Sorry I don't know anything about the fishing hut, or that specific map.
thanks for the advice, will try that later on out again, maybe I just expected to click any button in my old house at first to leave it and move ;) And that option for rentals I also only saw on the second house I bought.
