Is it possible to sell my house

If I start out with a house, can I sell it or rent it to someone else and change to another house? I couldn't find out how.

I also wonder why I can't find any spot at Aweltun to build a fishing hut at that river???

You can sell or rent your house; but i think you first have to choose another place to live.

If you want to stay in the bunkhouse (or your own business that has accommodation, or whatever) you need to select the structure and in the lower left corner of the picture in the info card there should be an icon (a key I think) that you can click to "make this your home" or some such.

After that, the card for your previous house will have buttons to either sell or rent it out. You can even adjust the rent up to a point. The more upgrades the house has, the more rent you can charge, assuming anyone in town can afford it.

Sorry I don't know anything about the fishing hut, or that specific map.

I bought a second house but my first one did not show me any button to sell or rent it to someone else. I could change it into a workplace though it seems, but that's really expensive. I also did not get any option to move into only one of my two houses.

Hey Luna, in the picture of house in bottom left once selected should be the key on the new house to switch houses. Once moved click the old house and in the ui right of the picture on the bottom left are options, arrow up to upgrade, two human figures as rental management, hammer for building options and a scroll for information.

thanks for the advice, will try that later on out again, maybe I just expected to click any button in my old house at first to leave it and move ;) And that option for rentals I also only saw on the second house I bought.
