Midbattle Divorce

Hey,
love the game so far.

So i married a single Elder, built a little cozy Hut out in the woods, relocated and started speedrunning inheritance. To my bemusement, I discovered that she was able to divorce me, pack her bags, take over my house (well, hers) and a fourth of my money WHILE being actively engaged with me in melee combat.

At the same time i was not charged with any crime after finally retiring her, so there certainly was no witness around.

I reloaded a couple of times and it seems sometimes the divorce would trigger only once she reached the hut, but at least once it fired once the first blow was struck and another time she stole all my money after she had already died.

I guess this is not intended behaviour?
