Mind you the game will change, but this stratgy should still be good to make money.
In the end you can pretty much buy everything from all markets and just be hauling it and selling it on as many horse carts as it takes :)
I like playing a landlord but is to slow to make money for me.
Ultimately this makes it very easy to make money in a way that isn't by design and if you want to do it this way, well that's up to you lol.
