I will start with the lowest paying job I found.

Landlord
Buying up houses and renting them out exclusivly was the slowest money making anything I have found in the game. I just never could earn very much. Trying to keep them rented out was a challange in its own. Some nice upgraded houses, some not. I did earn money but to me it semed to take longer to make money then anything else I have found.

The best and easy way to make money

Market trader
Buying from one market to sell to another. Buy from one, sell to another, wait for prices to lower and buy it back to sell else ware. I had 3 horse carts full going around togeather. I litterly own almost all resources as no market has anything because I bought it all.

Example, buy a stack of 30+ of anything. Sell to where they have none. Do this till you can afored to buy that item from all markets regardless of price. Now that no one has any they will buy big. Sell, wait for price to lower and buy it back. The more you sold the less its going to cost you to buy it back.

Used to be I would sell at one market, then go to another and sell, come back to first market and buy them back as over time the price lowered.
Now you can sell and just leave your cart there for a few secounds to let the price drop then buy it back before leaveing.
Regardless if you have to wait secounds or just come back later there is no easier way to make money.

This is a bug. The prices should certainly take more than a few seconds to adjust.

Yea before the town acualy had time to go buy some of it up.
But I could also just leave and the stack of 150 whatever I sold cant be bought by the town fast enough to make buying selling like this very profitable.

Profit just under 4k for just this one cart after buying back what I sold.

Mind you the game will change, but this stratgy should still be good to make money.

In the end you can pretty much buy everything from all markets and just be hauling it and selling it on as many horse carts as it takes :)

I mean this is basically just an exploit at the moment. I've made changes to it now tho for the next update.

Ultimately this makes it very easy to make money in a way that isn't by design and if you want to do it this way, well that's up to you lol.
