Is there any way to disable sex roulette and traits?

Title. My 13 yr old son was interested in this game, and I think he would like it. The thing is, I don't want him to engage with any part of NSFW in the game.
I already attempted to contact the creators about this, but they never got back to me. (email and steam)

There’s not much you can do to disable it, sorry. There’s a lot of nsfw stuff including Easter eggs, one is a suicide one. I don’t think he should have this game, it can be sometimes distressing.

I believe he is mature enough to handle things like suicide. I just don't want him to learn about things like sex early on.

the amount of gooners in this discussion thread is CRAZY

the most that can be done to avoid is to not pick up nymphophile or just to turn off sound effects, some of the sound effects in this game are insane. I dont want to hear nervous laughter or moaning
