Game Refuses To Launch

Hi,I can't seem to get the game running.I've installed,uninstalled a few times and revalidated files.Changed resolutions and windowed mode etc still crashes right away.Any help would be appreciated as I really do not want to go through the refund process and am very interested in this game.Will provide log file if needed.
My specs are:
Amd A8 6600k 4.5ghz
Windows 10 64 bit
16gb ram
Amd r9 380 2gb gpu

Guys try changing the graphics to "fastest" this happened to me and I was able to play once doing that

Well, nevermind this seems to be happening to me now - must be a bug

Does your game keep losing a file everytime it starts up?I can revalidate the game and it will say 1 file is missing or corrupted,and then when I go to start the game up again it crashes and then I go to revalidate the file and it says that it is missing once again.Also in the log it looks like there might be some shaders etc missing

Hey guys,

Sorry for this issue and the late response.

Can you tell us exactly when the black screen occurs?

Do you get to see the Slash animation (DryGin logo animated) and the splash loading or it is black before all of this?

Also, does the app in windows get to be "Not responding"?

While the screen is black, what happens if you hit ESC?

Last things, ready from the comments it seems you already tried repairing the installs files. Correct?

Hi my black screen occurs directly after the launcher goes away,no logo is shown.About 30 seconds passes then a white screen comes up saying bio inc redemption has stopped working windows is trying to find a solution then it cant,im forced to hit close down.I've hit both the esq keys and enter keys in more black screen testing hence how ive gotten 5 mins of gameplay time according to steam when in reality ive gotten 0 mins of gameplay.Hitting Escape does not work.I've also tried compatibility modes for win 7 to 8,and ran as admin.I have repaired the files,but each time I try to even start the launcher something corrupts one file according to file validation.I redo repair the file and the same thing happens again.It's not anti-virus as a cause either.

I thought I'd throw my two cents in the hat. The first time I loaded the game, it was fine. Every single attempt after that, the game has hit blackscreen just after the dry-gin Logo. HOWEVER, if I run it in windowed mode, click inside the boundary, then hit escape, the game correctly goes to the loading screen.

Now that's just bonkers.

Understood. I understand and I am sorry about this issue. We will eventually catch it but yes, it might take some time. I will update this post once we figure it out.

i cant remember how i fixed mine, either turn off SLI or turn off RivaTuner, or msi afterburner
