I actually just finished recording a video for how to kill someone super dead. Check out my youtube page https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJTetp2jbw87LD6AJ1VJH_A If ya want to see it.

Here's the text explanation though, if ya don't have 15 minutes to spare. If you can, take the perks that increase Collateral Damage (under diseases) and increase Weight-related risks (Under the health risks page.) Buy Overweight and Obese in the Health Risks page FIRST. They have no symptoms and don't cause damage, so dudebro won't go to the hospital.

Then, in the cardiovascular page, buy everything on the left side of the central node. Stroke primarily damages the nervous system, then there's two more that primarily damage the Lungs and Muscles (respectively.) If you want, you can just sit on your hands and save up points until you can buy them all at once (about 60 points should do it.)

The Overweight Health factors both boost the power of all these (since they're cardiovascular) and Collatoral damage also boosts them, so you end up with multiplicative boosts to damage. You can kill a patient with just those 6 diseases if you want to.

Then, collect 12 points and save them for a rainy day, and start buying more health risks that increase cardiovascular system diseases. If the doctors start to treat any of your 3 main diseases (the ones that hit nervous, respiratory, and muscle). spend those 12 to get Nurses on strike. By the time they're off strike you should have -at least- one system killed, with the others not far behind. Save up more points and buy Doctors on Strike (if you need to) or splash out and haphazardly buy any diseases you need to hit healthy systems.

Stroke opens up a Nervous System disease that hits 3 different systems pretty hard (I forget the name.) Diabetes (in digestive system) is a cheap disease with good collatoral damage, and Lupus (bought after sunlight sensitivity, in the immune system) Is also pretty good at killing multiple systems at once.

In the video, I beat Total Failure (Collapse -all- systems) on the hardest difficulty, and the patient only reached 50% healthiness.

TL:DR. Take Overweight Risk factors and Collatoral damage as your perks, buy the Overweight and Obese risk factors first, save up 60 points and buy the left half of the cardiovascular page, then play it by ear depending on how the doctors react.

Get booster called "Better Lifestyles". If you want better result "Weak Diseases" too. Treat some high damage diseases, ignore low damage diseases like flu. Evolve faster diagnosis and again better lifestlyes. Focus on lifestyles and you should be fine.

Wow I feel like an idiot. I posted that while the video was still uploading and thought "Surely he won't check it within the next fifteen minutes." XD Vid's fully uploaded now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqNKpRBegBE

Haven't dabbled in clinic very much, I'll see what I can come up with.

Hah! Nice. THIS JUST IN THE NEWS: NEW VIRUS NOT ACTUALLY HAZARDOUS, IT TARGETS CANCEROUS GROWTH.

That'd be the day.
