Indeed, it's far better than mobile (which I tried only once, because of the incredibly hard levels even on a lower difficulty).

I dunno which features the mobile version has now, but on PC you can also play as a doctor; also multiplayer is available.

In my opinion, 13€ are a fair price for it's content (and we have the summer sale right now!). If you really like this game, you can expect dozens of hours of playtime.
