I really love this game so far! It is extremely fun. I also really like that you are able to choose between either saving the patient or infecting them. I do have a question and comment. I've always found games like this and Plague Inc. Evolved to be very difficult to progress through. For example, it says I need one more skull/two more stars to progress onto the next level, but I cannot seem to get that. Do you think you will have an option that will allow progression, even if you aren't that great at the game? I would love to see what the rest of the game has to offer. I know I felt the same way about Plague Inc., but was never able to experience all of it. Besides that minor issue for me, I really enjoy the game. It's fun and I've already played it for 5 hours straight. Thank you for making an awesome game. :)

Hello Charlie,

Well understood about progression. Are you usually playing on medium or easy?

Thanks for your feedback and please leave a review on the store if you feel like it! :)

Hello, DryGin. I'm Andrew and having played 5+ hours of Bio Inc Redemption so far, I wish to add my thoughts on your game. I am really enjoying the game so far, especially the inculsion of the 'LIFE' mode as I remember being rather disappointed with the 'Save John Smith' challenge on Bio Inc on Android. That is not the case this time around. Diagnosis and Treatment is nicely executed and I have enjoyed this implementation. I have no real accuracy complaints except for Pneumothorax being diagnosed via X-Ray as this is a clinical diagnosis not a radiological one. However, while I intend to study it, I am not actually a student of Biomedical Science at this time so don't quote me on any accuracy issues. Although as it is a high-end condition, I will understand if you keep it that way. Aside from the odd spelling error, I have no real qualms about the game at this time except for the lack of level quantity and that there is no sandbox mode to test out combinations which I thought I saw in the Description. Nonetheless, I have no doubt these will be resolved in time and therefore, I can confidently say that you have done a splendid job so far, and I have only this to say: Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the quick reply! I actually do play on medium (sometimes easy) and usually get 2 skull/star outcomes. I'm not quite sure how to get a higher amount, as sometimes I feel like I did pretty stellar and still get 2 skulls/stars :) I'm really loving the game. Great job devs!

This game seems like 1v1 competitive gold. :p

Hey! The amount of skulls/gold is simply related to difficulty...! Medium will always provide with 2 skulls... This is something we will try to explain better in the game. You need to play @ Hard in order to get 3 skulls! Sorry for the confusion!!
