Xbox One Controler Issues

I have an Xbox One controller that, up until this game, has given me no issues.

However, here's the issues I'm running into: the controller works fine in the menu. The proper buttons work just fine and I can navigate around using the proper sticks.

When I go into the game itself, though, it doesn't work at all. Only keyboard seems to work.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, what do I do to resolve it?

Same problem here, in all other games the gamepad just works fine.

my right trigger is pouncing left direction only constantly and left trigger isn't working accordingly as well. Was hoping to try shank 1 before trying shank 2. No problems in shank 2. Using ps4 controller but with xbox one drivers. No problems in all other games.

Weird, my Xbone controller works perfectly fine with this game. Do you have the drivers[support.xbox.com] installed?

Same problem here with 360 controller...

Update drivers in Device Manager, using Major Nelson version first.
Then Calibrate and it starts working fine.

Just got an XB1 controller and now Shank is completely useless. It used to work with my Logitech F510, but now wither it's the x-input XB1 controller or the Logitech in X- or D-input mode, it doesn't work properly. It won't detect the left analog stick right or down movements. Every other game is fine. The fact that it is happening with both controllers makes me think it's a driver issue / incompatibility with Shank. Anyone else having similar problems, and any possible solutions? I've tried the "plugging the gamepad in after the game starts" trick and that doesn't seem to work. All drivers are up-to-date. Verified game files. Help?

Same issue with my 360 controller and this game only, which is particularly weird since when the game launches it recommends using a controller.
