picking up loot problems

does anyone knows why can't i pick up things like the heal and the grenades from the ground? (i'm using a ps4 controller by the way)

to pick up any item, press "down" + "grapple". you can control your controls in "help & options - controls so that you can make sure that you press the buttons correctly

i couldn't find the "grapple" button + i tried to edit the control buttons in help & options, but for some reason this did not work and the control buttons remains the same..

by the way, try changing your controls again and make sure you save your changes. Perhaps you forgot to save the changed control last time
