How to Lone Wolf with a Different Ending

There is a different ending when you Lone Wolf it and have both disks. This is how I did it.

I got the storm scenario after I got both disks from the office, I didn't put the wire on the chimney or the tarp on the helicopter. Both Barry and Cody died. If you try it and they don't die, you can try not digging the ditch. So at this point I was alone with Cate. At the spaceship, I got the air pills option. I fixed everything on the ship, made the pills, but never gave one to Cate. She died on the Moon. I put both disks into the console before getting in the sleep pod. David had a different ending. He does get to a safer world. And I got Awakening Mode.

You can also kill Cate by not installing a navigation chip if you get that option. And if you have other scenarios like the heat or cold, try not giving water or coats to Cody and Barry.

Alternately, you can Lone Wolf without getting the disks, but you won't get this ending. Try never asking Barry and Cody to join you. Go back to Barry's house on the next day and you will find him dead with the garage key. You can still take everything from his house and get the shovel. You will never find Cody's dead body. At least, I never did. I never saw Cody again. Playing it this way, you can spend the night alone in the cave with Cate. And you can choose to either be alone at the end or let her live.

I'm sorry, how did you manage to get both disks, and then get the lone wolf achievement, all at the same time as unlocking awakening mode? I beg your pardon?

I tried lone wolf with both of the floppy disks, I got exactly the same ending at all the other times I completed the game with both disks, just without the other people's safe world short film. Instead of having all 4, or 3 if 1 companion dies, or 2 if 2 companions die, I just has David's single short animation of him in a safe world. What different ending are you talking about??
