Yeah this was a performance decision, there are around 1000 weapons generated each time you move into the Main World, keeping track of all these weapons transform properties and storing them would introduce hitches and load times that just wouldn't be worth it.
However, it's an unpopular feature, so I'm working on a way now to simply store the weapon you were holding when entering a protected building, then when you leave the protected building you'll be holding it as you were when you entered. But it won't be available inside the building.
This is just an unlucky encounter caused by our Main World director. It's rare for an enemy to be present immediately after exiting a location, but it happens occasionally.
This minor irritence should be resolved by the same solution as above.
This can happen, again, it's rare but will happen if the Main World director decides you've had it too easy for a while. I'll look into rebalancing this if it continues to cause annoyance.
Thanks again, I hope I could be of some help!
Nathan
