SKSEVR: https://skse.silverlock.org/beta/sksevr_2_00_12.7z
You need engine fixes VR: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/62089
it comes with 2 downloads (part 1 and 2). part 1 needs to be extrated into the skyrimVR/data folder and part 2 into the skyrimVR folder itself.
then you need this (VR version of Adress Libary): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/58101
--------------------------------------------
Now you are ready for the Community Shaders installation:
First community shaders themselfs: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/86492
Note that only SOME of the plugins work in VR. These work:
then you need Grass Lighting. This is MANDATORY to make community shaders work in VR. It will not work, if you skip the grass lighting.
the grass lighting mod is what makes the community shaders VR compatible,
Grass lighting makes light affect grass (sun, moons or particle lights. Particle lights needs another plugin to work!)
the next plugins are optional:
Light limit fix:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/99548
Light limit fix makes particle lights (also called "ENB lights" work in VR. You do not need ENB (the VR version of ENB can not even make "ENB lights" work LOL. You need this here and community shaders makes all the particle lights/ENB lights work. But.... you need to install such lights or there are no.
it also increases the light limit to unlimted amount of lights (vanilla is limited to 4 lights)
You can for example use the ENB version of Lux to get the ENB lights placed in all the fireplaces and candles etc.
And there is other mods that place particle lights into torchbugs ir the eyesockets of draugr etc.
you can use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/87816
It makes player and NPC bend the grass, when they pass through. Amazingly immersive.
This makes complex parallax materials work: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/95134
But of course you need to install meshes and textures that support complex parallax materials or there are no (also, I recall, even if its installed its checked "OFF" by default. by pressing END key you get the community shaders interface. If it does not show up, then community shaders are not properly installed.
Screenspace shadows: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/93209
It makes grass have shadows. It also makes trees (maybe other things aswell? Not sure) have shadows at unlimited range (vanilla, trees past.... 100m (???) do not have any shadow. With this, trees have shadows, no matter how far away they are.
Optional to check (off by default): ALL mobile lightsources (torches, spells) throw shadow. Consumes extreme amounts of performance)
water caustics: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/112762
Works only partly in VR. Makes some.... light effects, created by the waves, on the river or lakes ground.
Subsurface scattering: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/114114
Some materials make light sink in couple centimeters. Such as human tissure (check by covering a lamp with your hand, the light passes through).
it changes the look of things. This plugin makes NPC look more like meat than plastic.
Dynamic cubemaps: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/112763
this makes reflections on water or metal, look like it reflects the surroundings (it actually only reflects LODs. it does not NPC or stuff that is nearby (full objects). Only LOD objects.
Wetness effects:https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/112739
OMG, looks extremely good. It looks almost photorealistic wet. It looks so good, you almost want to edit your weather settings to rain forever. ;-)
When first starting the game with community shaders it will calculate a shader cache. That may take very long time, depending on the GPU. It also may crash trying to do it.
Try several times, if it still does not work. Remove all the community shaders stuff and install it new.
