Are you using a Mod Manager? I recommend you use Mod Organizer 2 to manage your mods. Yes, modding disables achievements, but you can enable them with Achievements Mods Enabler: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/245

After installing Achievements Mods Enabler, open the AchievementsModsEnabler.ini and set iIgnoreExpectedProcessName to 2 so it says "iIgnoreExpectedProcessName=2" to enable achievements with Skyrim VR. If you are not using Mod Organizer 2, you must edit your ini so it says "bEnableFileSelection=1" in your Skyrimprefs ini file to enable mods to work.

Ah it seemed that skse was not activated, i tryed lot of things but i find out how to make it works : just at the left of the "Launch" button i replaced "Skyrim VR" by "Skse". i found this totaly random, i tryed to ask MO2 to launch sksevr.exe but didn't work so i clicked at random place in the software ^^' it's not good explained...

...but Achievements still disabled (maybe because of my save now)
