Eagle eye not working?
I've got the perk, but holding the left trigger with a bow equipped doesn't do anything at all.

Is there a known conflict with VRIK or some other common mod maybe? I don't have a lot of mods installed and nothing related to bows...

It works for me. And I am using VRIK.
The eagle eye perk gives you a tiny cross to aim with, no zooming in or so in VR, wich is very hard to see sometimes, because its so small, thin and the color of it, is also hard to see in some backgrounds. I recall there is mods that change this cross to be better visible.

I was expecting a zoom effect tbh. Gonna check again, if there's a crosshair then - not that I actually want one... Zoom would have been kinda nice.
There's no crosshair either. But since I only cared about the zoom, I guess nevermind.

This is odd. There should be a crosshair and your character makes some noise as if he aims very hard or something. And I think your stamina is drained so longer you aim. Its activated by pressing the trigger of your left hand (the one that holds the bow). But yeah, there is no zoom effect (I guess they changed this because a zoom effect would make 2/3 of all players immediately get sick for several hours after they used this perk lol and they did not want to risc that or so.)

EDIT:
Here is a mod that gives the perk a better crosshair:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/87315/

EDIT 2:
I just read on that mods page that the perk is gated by stamina in lower levels. (it drains so much stamina to use the perk that a low level char has not enough stamina to activate the perk or only for a second.

I have 300 stamina. I don't think that's the issue. But I'm not so worried about it anymore. It's not like I need a crosshair to aim. Thanks anyway. I'm more concerned about not getting out of werewolf form anymore now. But that's another topic...
