There are several VR related wabbajakc modlists around. (but not TOO many, because Wabbajack only allows modlists whos autor provides support for users with problems (What leads to not everyone and his grandmom doing a wabbajack list)
This here is a video that shows how the "FUS" modlist is installed with wabbajack.

Its a very popular one.
this is a video that shows how the latest version of it looks like:

there is videos that compare them, but its 1 year old and most of these lists have been updated less than 1 month ago, because new better looking mods arrived that all these lists jumped on.
The reason why it has no workshop is, because Bethesda decided that SkyrimVR should not be modded at all.
It has not changed yet. SkyrimVR does still, officialy NOT support modding.
The only reason why SkyrimVR has mods is because someone in 2018 found, that while modding was not suposed to be done, it actually worked to mod it.
I can still recall this like yesterday.
Everyone was like: oh, even the PC version does not support mods? :-(
And then: HEy, I just tried it and it worked! :-)
Everyone: HURRAY game changer ;-)
And Bethesda: SILENCE
Bethesda did not update the VR version since 2018, it stopped support in 2018 and it did never talk about the VR version since 2018. Craisy stuff.
I just ask since you seem to know a fair bit about the title. Any ways we can transfer our AE content over at all? I'm guessing no but i'd love to play some of that content in VR instead of the 2D plane.
Does not really work as far as I know. Someone said he made the fishing "kinda work". But in general the answere is no.
