Nights too dark with ELFX or LUX

Does anyone know of a good mod or setting where the nights won't be pitch black when using ELFX or LUX with Skyrim VR?
The problem i'm facing is that the pancake lenses of my headset gets a tiny amount of glare whenever there's a light source in the frame which makes it hard to see in dark places.

I've tried the brighter mapping in LUX but it's still too dark.

And I cannot use ENB because it doesn't work with my parallax textures

i dont think its possible to increase brightness at night without ENB so i would suggest getting new parallax textures that work with ENB also dont use most of the presets because your performance will tank if you do making the game wither unplayable or annoying to deal with because the fights and such wont be smooth
