Animal Allegiance shout not working?
I can't seem to find any info on which animals it works on at each level, level 1 didn't seem to work on 2 cave bears when i fought them, they did glow but only for a few seconds.

oh wait- just saw something saying if the animal is already attacking a follower they will continue to do so- was wondering why the bear ran at me then showed me its butt.
