i suggest, if you want, play it vanilla until you get inside the building then quit the game, mod it, and pick up where you left off.
1. It does it Vanilla if your display frequency is anything but 90Hz (a default Hz of Quest 3 is 72Hz. So by default a Quest 3 will cause it, even in Vanilla) When the game was last updated (2018) VR headsets only had a 90Hz setting and it was not possible to chose anything but 90Hz anyways)
2. VRIK The mod VRIK (that gives you a body) will cause it, even in 90Hz.
So what to do:
1. use 90Hz and deactivate VRIK if you want to see the intro at least once in your life.
2. use an alternative start mod, to be able to have character creation without the problematic intro scene. (its basicly a standart in Wabbajack modlists to do this)
