Black screen when using Discord screenshare

When I attempt to stream this game using Discord, I always get a black screen with a white line on the bottom. The stream does still have sound when I do this. I have tried changing SteamVR and Discord settings as well as removing any and all mods but no luck. To be clear I can stream the game window but the window doesn't display anything. It is not the issue many have where it streams SteamVR instead.

I am aware some have already came forth with this problem but there hasn't been anyone that has provided a confirmed fix for it from what I've seen.

Any help would be appreciated even if it's just troubleshooting suggestions.
