wut ? speak a language we can understand pretty please. not everyone here is a modding specialist.
Tes5Edit is very much for modding enthusiasts. It's a tool that helps mess with plugin files (.esp) and master files (.esm) without having to use the Creationkit, and more extensively.

Cleaning the games master files can make the game a little more stable, and gets rid of a lot of redundancy. The video I linked is really helpful and can explain it a lot better than a single forum post can (atleast from me).
