Game Won't Start
When I click play, a black window pops up for a couple of seconds and then instantly closes. I have done a reinstall but nothing seems to be working. Anyone else had this issue?

Do you have Steam VR installed? I usually get a black screen then the Steam VR screen, grid pattern with colorful mountains in the background then another black screen and drums with the Bathesda logo.

I found out that it was because Steam VR wasn't detecting my Quest 2 so I had to use air link on the Oculus Software for it to detect it. Once Steam VR found the headset it worked.

If you are using the Oculus Quest 2,
1. Start the Oculus Rift program on your PC.
2. Start up and Enable the Link using either a cable or or the WiFi link to your PC.
You need Steam VR loaded on your PC.

Are you able to get to this point?

It won’t show up in the Oculus Library until you get it to run. Do you have any other VR games from Steam? If you do play that, should show in the library after running.

When Steam VR opens, what does it say and does it detect the headset?
