What mods do I need with this game?
I was told Skyrim VR is amazing, BUT only with mods, & that without mods it is a broken mess in vanilla, but I never got told what exactly are these mods that I need, so yeah, what are those mods I need.

if you want a quick and easy solution look up Skyrim VR wabbajack , its a premade list of mods for QoL.

otherwise things like VRik, SkSevr, and from there the sky is the limit. if you are already familiar with skyrim modding its not hard to sort it out.

Also check out the SkyrimVR subreddit. It has a regularly updated list of essential mods

I never play without Ordinator. If I could only use one mod for the rest of my life it's Ordinator, no competition. It has a VR patch.

Imperious - Races of Skyrim, Summermyst - Enchantments of Skyrim, Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim, and Mundus - A Standing Stone Overhaul, and Zim's Artifacts are also fantastic.

Also worth mention is True Telekinesis which will let the spell pick up people/creatures which is a lot of fun in VR. I made a build revolving around it and posted it in a different thread with all the mods required/recommended of you want to check it out.

the Unofficial Patch is always useful as well.

VRIK, HIGGS, SKY UI, SpellWheel VR. And their dependencies.

VRIK gives you body,
HIGGS lets you pick up stuff alyx-style, and also allows you to drag bodies,
SpellWheel VR gives you a radial menu for spells which works better,
Sky UI replaces horrible builtin menus with normal ones.

That's the bare minimum.

Agreed, It only takes a few mods to transform the game. I'd add the sharper eye to that list.

Fixes the blurry visuals.
