missing plugin skee64.dll (crash at startup)
i first thought some mod is the proplem but i uninstalled all my mods and it still instantly crashes

Racemenu and a couple of others alter the skee64.ini if I recall, one of them may have added a bad parameter. Try to verify your installation in Steam and it should re-aquire the file.

If not, try the unofficial patch from Nexus.

i did uninstal all the mods i had deleted the skyrimVR folder in my documents folder and reinstalled the game still i just closes after a few seconds(i dont have a headset plugged in could it be that skyrim autocloses if it doesnt detect a VR headset?) i will now try the unnoficial patch and try again
