Weapons Randomly Switching?

Hi, I have suddenly ran into a problem where when I select a weapon to use, it keeps randomly switching to something else (whatever's in my favourites list) without me changing anything. I can be walking along with my bow and arrows in hand when for no reason it'll switch to a melee weapon or weapon and shield or even sometimes just to a fist on my right hand and a shield in the other.

I can't think of any reason why this has started happening but this can prove to be costly during fights when I have one type of weapon selected and suddenly it changes to something else entirely.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks.

The only mods I have active are:

Achievements Mods Enabler SSE
Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
8.4 A Quality World Map - Classic With All Roads
Dragonborn Speaks Naturally
SKSE
Sky UI VR

I'll try disabling them and see if that fixes it.

It was one of the mods, I think possibly SKSEVR although I am not sure. I disabled all of them and the random switching issue stopped. Tbh, I prefer the default UI of the game as I had gotten used to it and I found the Sky UI VR to be more confusing. The problem with the UI isn't the UI itself, more how the trackpads scroll and move through it. It's easy to miss somethings and scroll past what you are trying to select or accidentally press the trackpad and add something (or drop it) when you didn't mean to but maybe that can be fixed by adjusting the trackpad sensitivity in the INI file somewhere?

The Dragonborn Speaks Naturally was a little hit and miss at times and it's just as easy to select the dialogue you want and say it out loud before you click it.

Anyway, my main issue has been fixed now.
