Having Trouble getting ENB to work with Skyrim VR.

(Having issues setting up ENB)

Hello everyone, my first time posting here so I appreciate any positive feedback and support!

Like many of you I love skyrim and playing with mods. I'm having an issue getting ENB to work with Skyrim VR and I'm going to give you guys as much information as possible.

I tried downloading multiple versions ENB and it loads up and shows on the top left that ENB is activated but the game doesn't show up, I only hear it.

Please note that all the above mods are currently working fine together so far "Knock on wood".

If you have any ideas on how to get ENB working please let me know. Here's what I've tried.


Different versions of ENB
Drivers l updated
Closing background apps, game booster, windows defender, shadow play.
I've tried downloading player made ENB profiles
Tried Using default ini edits (not just the ones I have currently.)
Tinkering around with the ENB local files (But if you have some exact edits to make please let me know)

Any tips and other advice on my settings and load order please let me know, thank you very much :)

Having the exact same issue as above when trying to use Ruby ENB and 1 mod RevampedExteriorFog which is required for the ENB. Have used the ENB on vanilla and SE fine for ages just cant seem to get it going on VR. I can see menus when I bring them up but no the game its self. Running on a RTX2070 so power shouldn't be my problem.

Using the Oculus Quest through Oculus link if that makes any difference.

use loot tool and mod organiser 2
try to use different enb preset
also none ever said to me that your config files can crash the game as well
the following is skyrim.ini in game root folder and skyrim,skyrimprefs,skyrimvr ini's in
C:\Users\your user\Documents\My Games\Skyrim VR
so u need to backup this files at first and then simply delete them and try to play afterwards. this really saved my butthurting ass a tons of times when hekkin removing all mods and enbs couldnt help at any measure

So I found a fix that worked for me. It was to use an older version of the VR ENB.
