Just use Natural Locomotion with trackers & walk in place, Vive wireless & you have a way better experience with more freedom of movement PLUS a large wad of cash left over, more space, less noise :)

I already have wireless adapters and natural locomotion with 2 extra vive controllers :D
and treadmill works way better for me. but natural locomotion is still good solution for people
who don't have treadmill.
