Vampire Lord Spells not working?

When I transform into the Vampire Lord, there are no spells in my hand, although the are open like they are. I can go to the ground and fight melee, but no matter how many times I go back to the human form, and back to VL, I never have spells.

The only workaround I found, was reloading a save, and it would work perfectly fine, until I left the vampire lord transformation again, in which it would break. I don't want to have to reload a save every time I want to be a VL. Is there any fix for this issue?

Having same issue. I've read that the mod "Faster Transform" may help, you can find it on nexus. Though for me nothing works - neither the mod, nor reloading. Very frustrating(

Just in case anyone still has the same problem. For me Faster Fransform worked but only when I installed it using half and not quick. This had me confused for a while since I thought the quick option with the total skipping of the transform would fix it. But instead I had to go for the half which only doubles the transform speed.
