Full Screen Option for Display Window??

Title pretty much says it all. Looking to record the footage, but with mirror mode being inadequate and there is no maximise option on the game window....it's not like you can just add a launch command of -fullscreen to get a better view of the spectator window. Does anyone know how this is possible? There are no ingame settings that I can see. Tried skewing it in OBS and it looks awful. Using the Vive Pro btw.

In SkyrimPrefs.ini is an option to turn the window full screen (display - bFull Screen=1), but it really stretches the game out, so still looking for a better solution.
