how to crouch (and un-crouch!) on vive?

I somehow crouched without meaning to, and none of my normal buttons makes me stand-up again- what are the vive controls for crouching?

And on the Oculus touch? What button? Left grip makes me run. I feel like I've tried everything. I can't uncrouch. Lol

You can also change VR settings to just physically crouch for stealth instead of hitting a button.
