Texture packs
Just to get a feel for what people have experienced to be the best blend of texture overhauls and also give newcomers a starting point to give their VR experience in Skyrim some more wow factor.

Personally I tested out a load of previously used mods for the original games, adding WICO, clutter for dungeons, 3D trees/plants and sway fix, Better Roads, Real mountains/Fog, Realistic Water, Vivid weathers, enhanced blood, armors, HD signs, books, bottles and a bunch more to cover evrything outside of landscape and buildings.

At this point I tested out a few picking and choosing and finally settled on Skyrim HD -

and High Poly Project (Mainly because on release SMIM was causing crashes in certain cases). Finding something that covers almost everything is tricky, although I did enjoy mixing some of Skyrim 2017 textures and also some stuff by the following guy who does some nice work -

What are some of your most successful texture pack blends to give the world that amazing realistic feel?

The 2017 4K textures and the ENB mod make the game look a lot nicer.

I'm running a 4B 770 and a 4.3 8350 so I can't go too Crazy. I really like Vivid Landscapes, JKs all in one and Water 2.0. Haven't tried any ENBs. I'm done for now. In June I'm going to upgrade. I finally have the ticky tacky excuse I needed to Build a new PC! YAY!

Also SMIM, then Ruins Clutter Improved, then High Poly Project.

Started this thread close to release and forgot about it haha. Yes, I a few days later went this exact route. Even threw in some JK AIO and a whole plethora of little nice touch mods. Quite happy with the result!
