How do you walk in this game?
I just ordered my rift, & look forward to playing this game. I've wondered how you walk in these type of games, as you can't just keep walking forever irl.

Same way as you walk in flat games - using a thumbstick/touchpad on the controller.
People who get motion sick have the teleport option where you select a spot on the ground and shift there instantly.
If you got a lot of disposable income, and the room to set it up, you could look into one of those VR treadmills.

search steam for "Natural Locomotion" I don't have it, but may be worth looking into? There may be other apps springing up as well...

I just use my xbox 360 controller and the movement is the same as on a flat screen. But I am disabled and have to play in a seated posistion. I tried standing up and moving once and almost fell flat on my face lol. But sitting down,, I get no sickness or dizzyness at all.

just be aware if your new to vr it may be best just to teleport untill you develop your vr legs, if you start to feal queazy dont push through it just take a break and come back.

Think i'm going to give natural locomotion a try.

was wondering how accurate is it?
like if i am peering over a ledge/cliff...are chances higher that i'm going to fall off of it using natural locomotion?

There’s a free demo for natural locomotion. Give it a shot! As far as your cliff question...no different than when using a trackpad IMHO.
