Fallout 4 VR - Meta Quest 3 QUALITY HELP! - New to VR and Mods

I downloaded Vortex for the first time as of today, and am looking to *safely* significantly improve my resolution/quality when using Meta Quest 3. When I am right on top of something, the graphics are fine, I can deal with it but everything else far is either blurry, or flickering. ESPECIALLY trees/shrubs and it's giving me a headache. What do I download? How do I run the game after it's downloaded? I'm an achievement hunter and would love to keep the achievements somehow. I obv. play though Steam VR and have really no experience when it comes to folders, drives, ect so if you're willing to help me out please simplify and don't abbreviate or I may have more questions! Regardless, thank you for your help fellow vault dwellers. I'm really excited to get things going!
