How do I buy the DLCs for VR?
Steam seems to want to enforce I can't buy Wasteland Workshop saying I don't have Fallout 4, when I do have FO4 VR. I know the DLC works with VR. How do I get it??

Every two years someone asks this (assuming you are trying to avoid the added expense of the flat version), and I suggest buying the flat, buying the DLC, porting the DLC to VR, and returning the flat, and reporting how it went. No one has responded.

i bought the flat version and copied it over to the vr version. This was some time ago and needed some mods from the Nexus to ensure compatibility. dontk now if they're still required.

Regardless, it was all fairly painless

Playing DLC after returning it for a refund is piracy.

Certainly is. I thought I was clear, refund the flat, not the paid DLC.

it's very bad that Bethesda did not include the DLCs for FO4VR. In fact disgusting.

FO4VR vanilla barely made framerate on the fastest GPU available at release, and the DLCs did not. Can you imagine the outcry if a AAA VR title can't make framerate? In addition to that huge problem, including the DLC's would have also meant extra time to fix bugs and delays to market, risking missing Christmas, for questionable gains.

The game of the year edition is often on sale from various vendors. I recently bought it from GOG for $14 CAD. Im sure there are better deals out there if that seems too much.

Disagree. I have installed DLCs into the game and it works real well. yes there is a little bugginess that Mods have fixed.

Also they included DLCs with SkyrimVR, at no extra cost. There is no excuse and it remains disgusting they never made the effort for Fallout4.

If you have Far Harbor and NukaWorld running well on a cpu, gpu, and motherboard that were available in 2017, you should post how you did that. It should result in a very high paying job offer.
