F4SEVR expects version 1.10.163.0, but says game is at version 1.10.138.0, altough im on 1.2.72.0

I've started modding Fallout VR for the first time, but after I was done installing the mods via Nexus and tried to run it it gave me a ctd, because I didn't launch it through F4SE, but when I did that one panel after the other shows up saying
"Game Version Error
[Mod] Version Error:
expected game version 1.10.163.0
your game version is 1.10.138.0
some features may not work correctly."
or
"[Mod] will be disabled."

because the expected version number being higher I would've concluded that the game for some reason had an update it didn't install, altough automatic updates are enabled, but I tried looking for damaged files and even reinstalling the game but I still have the same outdated version according to F4SE

My F4SEVR build is 0.6.20 for game version 1.2.72, which my game is, according to the exe properties
The mods that get the error message are:
LooksMenu
High FPS physics fix (That one has a VR version on it's mod page I overlooked...)
MCM
Weapon Debris crash fix

Fallsouls has another error entirely:
Sig scan failed, please deactivate fallsouls and wait for updating
and UneducatedShooter as well:
"REL/Relocation.h(426): failed to obtain module handle"

after that it just ctds

Is it just the mods that aren't installed correctly or are they just not compatible with vr at all?`
If anyone has any ideas or knows how to fix this and could share it with me I would be very greatful.

Just google fallout 4 VR modding guide and follow it you probably just didn't use fallout 4 VR edit to change the version to 0.95 or something like that which can cause that issue. Heaps of good guides on Reddit for it but if you still have trouble I highly recommend using the Wabbajack Fallout 4 VR essentials mod which just sorts out everything for you but you have to follow the instructions to the letter or you'll still have problems. Hello, this topic is already 2 years old but I saw that there have been no replies since then. I'm trying to play the game with mods and I get this same error, exactly the same versions in the error message. Were you able to resolve the issue somehow?

In my case, I installed the "Mad God Overhaul" mod list using Wabbajack.
