Oculus Rift S Glitching out and disconnecting when Opening Fallout 4 VR

So everytime I open Fallout 4 VR and try to play, the intro scene glitches, gets fuzzy and jagged, then completely disconnects the headset. When I take the Headset off, I see that Steam VR is requesting to restart or quit because my Rift S headset has disconnected. I can play all other VR games just fine, its just with this game that I have a problem. Plz Help?

Two wild guesses:
1)confirm your resolution setting is normal for FO4VR.
2)go into compatibility settings for the FO4VR executable and change the setting for high DPI monitors. If that doesn't work, you might consider trying other compatibility settings.

Will try it later, how would I confirm the resolution or high DPI monitor settings? Would it be through the properties on the icon or through the steam app?

Ok so I tried changing the high DPI settings but nothing changed, if it helps, the window for fallout 4 vr comes up small on the computer, would this be the issue with why my Rift disconnects? I noticed that my other games open full screen

That's normal FO4VR behavior with my vive, I doubt it's the issue.

Did you install FO4VR mods?

Yes, but I completely uninstalled FO4 VR and reinstalled it with nothing but vanilla files. Still nothing. I just tried subnautica though and it just did pretty much the same thing. Gonna see if changing the quality will help

Ok, so it's gotta be the fact that I'm installing script extender or just modding period, because I noticed my oculus disconnects and crashes after trying mods. Before on a fresh install it works fine. It's just adding mods. Am I not installing the script extender right or something?

Same, script extender breaks it atm.
