Horrible World Stuttering when Moving Forward or Turning
So, is there an easy fix to this? Everything makes little steps as I move forward, or turn with the sticks.
It's unplayable. I've read a ton of stuff about it, mods, Ini modifications, and the like, but all from previous years. Is there a more recent fix?

I'm on virtual desktop with quest. I fixed mine by turning down streaming bitrate to low. Which made it nice and smooth but lower resolution. I think used a dedicated 5G router wired to the PC and wireless to the headset which meant I could put it back up to high.
I realise you're playing with the link so it may not be the same issue, but it's likely to be some kind of lag either to the headset or the game itself. Whats your framerate when you move?

I suddenly started having this issue out of nowhere. I'm reinstalling the game right now and am hoping this helps. I recently was messing around with the display settings and I guess I messed something up somewhere and I can't figure out what it was. I also used the data file from regular Fallout 4 so I could get concrete buildings. Not sure if that messed it up either.

Update: The reinstall did nothing :(
I reset up guardian for Oculus Rift but that didn't help either.

I'm not sure what is going on.

UPDATE 2: Ok so I'm a dummy, I forgot I had adjusted my resolution to like super high using a steam vr mod for display settings and that was causing the stuttering issue.. even though it was working fine before 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ lol
