the bomb doesn't fall? bug

Hello,

So i start the game, get evacuated to go to the vault, i'm standing on top of the vault with my wife and baby, and nothing happens, i stand there 2 - 3 minutes, look around, hear the sirene, watch the military people, but nothing happens, no bomb, no other people running towards the vault.
i have restarted the game, load an early savefile, but when i'm on the vault nothing happens, i'm also unable to use any control such as to talk with my wife or teleport.
What to do?

nope, i bought the game on steam store a few hours ago, started playing short ago and when i was on top of the vault its how i described it. i didn't download any mods

Reload and talk to one of the guards, that did it for me, they all ran to the platform this time. Otherwise it was just me and the wife standing there twiddling our thumbs.

Dunno if it will help, the switch to start that elevator is in the gaurd post over looking the vault elevator.

Are you locked in place once you move on the platform? If not you haven't triggered something on the way there. Talk to guard at the gate the vault tech guy was screaming at.
You can also run back down the street towards the foot bridge and the bomb will go off... Just not in a good way. :-P

its look like there is a trigger somewhere on the road. try to move (not teleport) the way vault employee show you after you pass the guards
