How do you turn on your own headlamp in VR?

I've googled around and I just can't find the answer. Can someone tell me how to turn the light on headgear, like a miner helmet for example? I'm using a Vive controller and I've tried all the buttons and combos of buttons that I can think of.

On the vive, long hold left grip activates pipboy light or powerarmor light.

So if I'm wearing a headlamp, and I long hold left grip, my pipboy turns on.

Is there something else that turns the headlamp on? Or does this turn BOTH lights on and I have to have both on or both off?

On the flat version, mining helmet light works instead of pipboy light. Maybe mining helmet doesn't replace pipboy in VR. Might be interesting to get in power armor, remove helmet, put on mining helmet, and see what happens.

I just checked and you're right, Bob. Long hold left grip only turns the headlamp on, not the pipboy. Thanks for your help.
