Questions for those with the hardware (rx 580 & Oculus rift)
I have recently orderd an oculus rift and am looking for games. Im considering F4VFR but am hesitant on buying it do to the very demanding recomended specs. I am well aware there are many different tweaks (such as INI file changes) you can do to the game to get it to run much smoother but I would like to hear from someone who has the hardware or very similar hardware to my current setup to get an idea of performance.

PC Specs:
*GPU - Rx 580 8gb (stock but could oc)* <------ Main focus for these questions
RAM - 8gb
CPU - Ryzen 2600 (stock)
Storage- who cares tbh.

Questions:

If you have the graphics card in question or a very similar one were you able to get it running and if so with what settings?

What tweaks have you made and what sort of impact did they have on performance?

etc...

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated!

rx 580 8gb, Ryzen 1700, 16gbs DDR4, maximum graphics. your bottleneck is a 5gb RX 580 (5????) and only 8gb of ram. for VR you really should have a solid 16 gbs Dual channel RAM. the RX 580 4gb model (I'm assuming you meant 4 gbs) might be a little slow. I think you can expect to play on medium and below at a decent amount of FPS.

Sorry my mistake, I have the 8gb version. Thanks for the feedback though.
