Do you mean from the tactical mod on Nexus? If so, then yeah, the tac lights don't work. The laser sights do though.

None that I've seen that work in VR... However, there is a "directional" Pip-Boy light mod available: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29245
Although admittedly the directional part isn't working for me, but I did choose the widest light cone option, so narrower ones may work properly.

Are you using room-scale or seated?

It took me a while to get used to direct movement. A trick for me was making sure I always kept the controller facing straight ahead (held in front of me at hip level) and hitting only the top of the pad so I would move forward without strafing. I get motion sick easy, and this works for me. Over time I built up a tolerance and am also able to strafe now without getting queasy. I also used ini settings to turn off motion blur, and I changed other settings to try to keep as high a frame rate as possible while also keeping enough quality that things aren't too blurry. I've got asynchronous reprojection enabled, which seems to work okay for me, but always-on or interleaved reprojection I keep turned off because they inevitably make me nauseous.
