Hey ... don't forget the idiot who started this thread with "Every VR Game should JUST use a gamepad"
after buying a vive, i can say that gamepads need to die.
you just need to not suck shameless.
I dont think game pads "need to die", they just need to be utilized appropriately. There are couple VR games that work brilliantly with a gamepad (Legend of dungeon) or where motion controls are just no good (certain flight and racing sims) but people dont have the wheel or HOTAS to use instead.
That said, I think OP is being a bit stupid. The PSVR comes in two flavours, with or without motion controls and Skyrim VR is made to support both types. Fallout VR was made with the Vive in mind which DOES have motion controllers ergo one control type.
Why the hell anyone would want to trade to gamepad from motion controls where motion controls are clearly superior I do not know though.
Also, the wii argument : VR and motion controllers are miles above what the Wii could do... For one, using Wands without the VR HMD would be pretty lame actually, it's the combination of HMD, roomscale and motion controllers that really is immersive !
Could you be any more of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?
