and
bBloodSplatterEnabled=1 to 0
I think that should take away exploding body parts and splattering blood but i dont think it will take away gore that is a part of the world/map, like super mutants netted body parts or impaled body decorations.
They then bounce against each other and on the ground, likely taking more performance to calculate than just keeping the original body part attached to the body ragdoll physics.
