OP, it seems to be an individual issue. While your problem might be something else, some people just hasn't got the mod to work. Can you get any other mod to work?
All other mods, e.g., interiors enhanced, darker nights, reflex sights, have worked just fine. I can get Far Harbor up and running if I manipulate bPreCulledObjectsEnabled, however I don't want to do that.
You don't have the precombinedobjects code in your ini do you?
Don't think so. I reinstalled everything and ran with default .ini's. The only thing I changed was the items listed above.
