Check out the TAA settings they use it sharpens the image while still removes jaggies. It will also help you get more performance in game
What's your graphics card?
start off with:
steamVR->settings
performance->alllow asynchronous reprojection
performance->disable interleaved reprojection
steamVR->Developer
disable advanced supersample filtering
enable always on reprojection
start off with supersampling 1.4 and launch the game. Each time you view it, you make a decission to increase this value and each time you increase the value, reboot the steamvr so the effects can take place.
1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0. see what you like.
I've done this, all the way to 2.0, and get the same results, with TAA on, everything has a layer of blur over it. The only time there is difference is when I take TAA off, then everything is the clear quality, but the lines of every curve in the graphics sticks out like a swore thumb. I kept the headset on and stared the character creation menu at Nate. The only difference was only in quality whenever TAA is off.
It hasn't solved the problem yet, but I'll continue to try and edit the settings.

Thank you for the suggestion, but alas, didn't work.
Thank you all for your help!
