Squirt gun crash in nuka world

I imported my dlc and the squirt gun in nuka world is causing my game to crash. Also I only got to do a little bit of teh outside world but the ground was invisable. Anybody know of a fix?

That's one of the mysteries why Beth didn't include the DLCs on Launch

This game is ♥♥♥♥ without the dlc. It is sad that dlc is needed to make a game feel worth playing these days. When will we see official dlc for this? and will it be full price again?

Stay calm, mate. I'm sure they'll bring the dlcs to ya one day. I expect them to be free, if not, it's not the end of the world ;) There is a lot of fun to be had in Vanilla too. Remember mods.

You could try to copy the saves, get past the squirt gun part in vanilla FO4 then copy that save over to FO4VR. I've not heard of any fix/mod for it yet.

You could try to copy the saves, get past the squirt gun part in vanilla FO4 then copy that save over to FO4VR. I've not heard of any fix/mod for it yet.

I have the two games set up entirely different, is there any way to use console to kill him? That is a good idea if it comes to that

Should be able to grab his id with a mouse click and just type "kill".

Yup, console works just fine in VR. Just face him and go into the Vive menu, desktop, set the headset down facing him or have the keyboard and mouse handy. Hit tilda click him with the mouse to get his id and type kill. Should work fine.

cool, maybe I can get past this without the squirt gun after all, will give it a shot as soon as I can.

I can confirm killing colter from the console bypassed needing to use the water gun and I could finish the quest.

Remove DLClist.txt youve made, and remove mod preparation lines which you probably did at fallout4custom.ini, that fixes at least missing textures, it might fix crashes too, give i t a try. Those are commonly said to be needed to import mods, but they doesnt play well with DLC:s

Yeah, it will get the seaon pass for 60 bucks just like the old game lol (the reason why i haven't bought the season pass)

does this actually work? I have tried so many things.

we had fresh copy of fallout 4 and fallout 4VR, only thing to activate DLC:s needed is to copy them to fallout 4VR/data, if you prepare txt files or .ini file to support mods, things goes wrong and textures missing. we have now couple VR users who fixed at least pearl harbor outlook, havent checked nuka world yet.
