With the game settings on low it runs fine other than these strange texture stretching only in a small part of the game world. I don't think being on the low end of performance requirements is causing this issue for me at all. Skyrim VR and all VR games run fine on my machine and I've tried many.
Ok, so I also had the stretching textures or polygons around Greenworks Genetics and in Valentine's Office (with no other mods than "Fallout 4 VR Space Saver" installed).

I was using the SymLinks version of this mod. Switching to HardLink version didn't solve it. I removed the Links for the main game files while keeping SpaceSaver links (Sym and later HardLinks) to DLC content.. still had the issue. Although when I removed also the Links to the DLC the issue resolved, was fixed everywhere it was happening. I see this issue is mentioned in the Files section here reported by one person and for SymLinks only. Well, I'd like to add my voice to their's and add that HardLinks didn't solve it.
PS. I didn't try leaving the Links to the main game files with the DLC not Linked however I was so happy after so long dealing with this issue and troubleshooting it that I didn't care anymore to try. Also the bat file when run mentioned the DLC files and is willing to create links for it so it's not like the DLC content wasn't intended to be used with this mod. To save space, I simply deleted the flat version "Fallout..." and "DLC..." files from the data folder if I ever want to restore it I'll just do a Steam > verify files.
