I have 88% achievements but the game card in the collections shelf says 0%. Has anyone fixed this?

Is the rock-paper-scissors equivalent totally random and I have to save scum, or is there some kind of trick to it?

Anyone know the safe code in the bosses office? its obviously to do with his daughters birthday but i've entered it in and still no joy.
