Mouse pointer lock

I have the game on Gog, and one problem I encountered is the mouse pointer bugged on the center of the screen, unable to move, just stutering. On game it moves, but the pointer covers a considerable space on the screen and is annoying. Does this happen on the Steam version?

As soon as I click to launch, it goes to an all black screen and starts the mouse stutter and doesn't go any further.
